Graduate Experience Program

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to AIENAI Academy Graduate Experience Program. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions:

 

1. TIME COMMITMENT:

  • The program is designed to accommodate participants regular life engagements. The program will span 12 weeks, with a minimum weekly commitment of 8 hours (for meetings or tasks). 

  • Meetings are set according to mutual agreement of all project participants.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY:

  • This program is open to graduates of the AIENAI Academy UXCMP and is committed to improving their skills.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participants are expected to actively engage in all working sessions and complete any tasks that fall within their roles.

  • We recognise the importance of fostering creativity and critical thinking among participants. We encourage all participants to bring their unique perspective and innovative ideas into the project.

  • Participants are expected to actively contribute to shaping the success of the project by offering insights, suggestions and constructive feedback.

  • While guidance and direction will be provided, participants are encouraged to approach challenges with an open mind, understanding that not every directive is a rigid construction but an opportunity for collaborative exploration and problem-solving.

​4. CONDUCT:

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during all interactions with fellow graduates and mentors. Coordinators / mentors will be available to assist if any issues of misconduct is experienced.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or any other form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination from the program.

5. FEEDBACK & EVALUATION:

  • Participants will receive constructive feedback and guidance from mentors and coaches.

  • Participants are encouraged to provide feedback  on the program structure and facilitations to help improve future iterations of the program.

​6. PRIVACY POLICY​

  • Any data provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the program and facilitating communication between participants and mentors.

  • We are committed to protecting the privacy of our participants, and we will not share any personal or sensitive information with any third parties without explicit consent.

  • Participants’ data will not be shared with any partners or external organisations without their permission.

  • By participating in the program, participants consent to the collection of use, and storage of their data in accordance with this privacy policy.

7. COMPENSATION:​

  • Agreed compensation will be paid to participants after successful completion of the project.

  • Participants who leave before the end of the program won’t be compensated.

​8. COMPLAINTS:

  • If you have any complaints or reservations about us or any of the services we 

  • provide, you may contact us via our communication platforms.

​

9. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT:

  • AIENAI reserves the right to terminate the contract and participation of any graduate in the program under any circumstances including but not limited to violation of program policies, misconduct, or failure to meet program expectations.

  • Additionally, graduates have the right to terminate their participation in the program at any time , provided they give written notice to AIENAI outlining their decisions and reasons for termination.
